Well i bought a ginger bead house kit so its not fully homeade

Carrot Cake
1000 Best Recipe's


1 cup veg. oil
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups all propose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 11/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups finely shredded carrots


1. preheat oven 350 degrees grease 8 in. pan with butter.
2. Beat eggs,sugar, vanilla,and oil in large bowl.
3. Sift in flour,nutmeg,ginger,Cinnamon.
4. Fold in carrots and walnuts.
5 bake for 40-65 minutes

                                                      Chocolate Cake                                           

                                                      1 1/4 cup flour
                                                         1/2 cup cocca powder
                                                            2 tsp baking soda
                                                            2 large eggs
                                                            1 cup milk
                                                            1 dash salt
                                                          12 tbs. butter
                                                     1 1/4 cup suger
                                                           2 tsp.vanellia


                           1. Preheat oven to 350 greesse one cake pan dust with flour.
                           2. Mix flour, cocco, baking soda, salt in meduim bowl set aside.
                           3. In separte bowl mix in a standing bowl mixer eggs,butter,suger,
                              vanellia about 30seconds
                           4. Wisk in dry mixture in with wet about 9 minutes
                           5. Put in the prepared pan bake 30-40 minutes.
